The office staff was phenomenal. I thought I had a solid date and I wound up needing to cancel. The staff followed up with me a couple of weeks after my cancelling, and it was perfect timing because my move was back on. They accommodated changes with ease, thus removing stress from me.
The packing and moving teams came exactly when scheduled and did a fantastic job!!!
