I was quoted 2 men and 4 hours. It ended up being was 3 men and 10 hours. Should use more experienced movers. The guys I had did the best they could but were young and not too experienced .
Response
Hi Beth, we appreciate your feedback. We work incredibly hard to provide the right training and hire the best people and it seems that our team did not live up to those standards during your move. We are addressing this with our team. We'd like to discuss this with you further, please reach out to our Customer Care Manager at 614-901-1573 ext. 00786

Andres and Isaac were awesome. Showed up right on time, communicated consistently and effectively throughout the move and were efficient and careful with our belongings. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck on my next move. Thank you!

Advise that you send an experienced person with the team. We had three young men that were very polite, but inept in packing and handling household goods. They lacked the knowledge required to handle delicate and fragile items, which led to the breakage of Turkish marble shelves, holes and chips in furniture, as well as breakage of one of a kind figurines.
Carmela
I don’t remember the second gentleman’s name, but Jalen and his partner were amazing. They completed the move in about two hours and handled my furniture with care. They talked me through how the process was going to work. Were very professional. It was very easy to work with them, and I would definitely call and request them for my next move.
Kristal
