The team left a bed frame and two large out door planters on my deck. In addition an indoor Chinese floor flower pot was broken and an extra large Terra cottage Pantene vase was broken in travel too.

Office communication could be improved - very hard to get a hold of someone and sometimes took days for a call back or had to keep calling.
Overbooked jobs - low on drivers and showed up 3 hours late.
Movers were great. Rich was in a bind - don’t blame him - he was good too.
