I’ve been waiting more than a week for Charlotte to get back to me about the 2 irreplaceable pieces of furniture that were damaged in my move. As I previously described, this was not an accident - it was utter negligence and 100% avoidable. In both cases the mover put the item on its side and slid it on the ground, destroying the finish and gouging the wood. Any amateur would know not to do that.

I am very happy with Two Men and a Truck! The office staff were so nice and helpful, and they were able to help me with no problems. I also had to make a last-minute change to my move date, and they were really helpful with that too! The movers were awesome, and did a really great job! They were friendly and nice, and they were careful with all our stuff!
