My appointment window was 12-5. The movers showed up after 7, and they weren't the truck that was originally assigned. Once arrived, my movers were great! They took excellent care of my furniture. Because of the way my driveway is, they weren't able to pull up next to the house, and had to wheel everything up a steep 100 ft. driveway. They did it quickly, without complaint, at 9:00 at night. The office staff was phenomenal. I thought I had a solid date and I wound up needing to cancel. The staff followed up with me a couple of weeks after my cancelling, and it was perfect timing because my move was back on. They accommodated changes with ease, thus removing stress from me.
