My experience started off positively. Gary and his partner did a great job packing me. The day of the move, I noticed several missing items. When I stopped by my former home- I noticed multiple items still at the home. I reached out immediately (both phone & text). The following day I spoke to Allyson (horrible customer service). She wanted to charge me $500 to get the rest of my items).

In general a lot of wasted time that cut into the actual move and kept costing me which just felt like price gouging then the guys were on their phones quite a bit were not hustling and then on top of the mess damaged some of my furnishings

The crew I requested 2 came to help a little and were awesome the crew you sent were young unorganized and didn’t know how necessarily to pack a truck. They didn’t want to listen of where to put things so honestly the crew from Greensboro rocked it would use 100% the crew you sent not so much although they worked hard they have a lot to learn
Response
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience with the crew we sent did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your honesty about the challenges with the second crew. While it's good to hear they worked hard, we understand that professionalism, organization, and communication are just as important. Your feedback helps us identify training opportunities, and we’ll use it to ensure improvements are made moving forward.
