Ethan, Thomas and Rio were professional and respectful. Moving was stressful, but they put my mind at ease by making the process so easy. I was concerned for the safety of Ethan and Thomas at the drop off. It was raining, and the ramp was slippery, so they fell a few times. Perhaps the ramp needs a grippy surface? All in all, it was a positive experience.

Overall very happy with the service. Customer service is outstanding from the office team both via text/email and phone. The actual movers were friendly and efficient. My only negative experience was a few broken items: a cracked wooden frame to my very larger mirror, the wheel on my rolling island was put back on too tight which caused the wood to split up the leg and my son’s corner desk ruined

I used 2 men and a truck 4 times and I had Justin everytime. He and the other workers were very careful with my belongings amd were all hard workers. Justin was very professional and asked which rooms I wanted the boxes and bins in. I am using him and his crew next time I move for sure.
