I would have given the movers 5 stars except when I offered my first tip, which was 375 (3800 move) the head guy looked at me and said 'for five people?' I was taken aback because I researched on how much to tip and that was above average. I bumped it up to 500 and asked if that was ok. Him and his buddy started laughing and said yea. Overall though they made the moving experience less stressful

This was a great experience all around. Liz in the office was great. I had some difficulties with close and needed to reschedule a couple times on the delivery. She was great, personable and quick to handle my needs. Pickup movers were awesome, Jerimiah and Jermain were great. Delivery, Tim & Qaid, were also great. Both teams were very personable and efficient.

Tone and Yasim did a great job moving my things into my new third floor apartment. Tone sandwiched my adjustable bed frame, put it on his shoulder, and muscled it up all those stairs! I was very impressed. They were very respectful men.
