Sending a different team for the second day of our move was a disaster. Also the team seemed to decide at 2:30pn that they were done leaving us with a garage to clear out our self we had to hire an additional truck to move the last items. Our bed was damaged and 2 very important boxes were lost.

The timeframe for their arrival to pick up furniture was between 12 and three. I had to make several calls to get updates on their ETA! They finally arrived at 5:30 PM which interrupted family schedules. My first station is the lack of follow up.

Crew showed up on time , they were in a hurry and damaged two pieces of furniture. Now were having to wait on repairs to see if the they return in acceptable condition.
