Only about 80% of my stuff was moved as the truck sent wasn't big enough. This was a very expensive service to be required to still move 20% of my belongings. Especially when your company packed my things. There were no offered discounts or alternative plans to move the remaining belongings, just out of luck and up to myself. I hired you to keep the hassle down, not increase it

I was clear with Tom the items moved were heavy and needed 4 movers. Tom booked 4 for 3 hours but sent 3 guys and a truck without a lift gate. The 3 guys were awesome but we needed the lift gate and 4th man. Fortunately they sent a new truck and guy to finish the job. Greg, Martez, Jashan, Abdul and Christian were awesome, but because Tom didn’t book me right I lost a whole day of time.

Sent 3 guys out so they could move our piano upstairs. We paid a higher rate for the extra help and they didn’t get the job done. Disappointed this time around.

Excellent moving team. Moved my 4 items in 13 minutes. I told office I had a few items to move but I missed the pre order that was sent to me that they planned on sending 3 team members. I knew from previous experience that 2 team members was all that was required. You couldn’t fit three team members in my basement stairs productively.
