We had 3 men that did an excellent job of wrapping and moving the furniture. The person that was the main leader/trainer was especially knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by showing us some dirt on the mattress that we were not aware of. He did not have to do that, but we were grateful so we could clean it properly. He had a name I had not heard before so I don't remember it unfortunately

After an early morning snafu I got the on call movers to come help me out. Matthew, Isaiah, and Brad were all wonderful. They were incredibly efficient and took care of my belongings. The office staff I spoke with twice throughout the day to provide updates of the mistake of the first crew that I had scheduled. Even though I moved later than anticipated all went well!
