Very disappointed in the performance of the moving crew on the first day. They were sitting on the furniture, taking AC breaks in the moving truck and in no hurry to do anything when I am on the clock for paying for the moving. As bad of an experience I had with the first crew, the guys on the second day we incredible. Efficient, hardworking, careful, with great communication.

The team did an amazing job. They were organized, kind and made it fun. We really appreciated Carter’s leadership and the entire team!

Michelle and the office team were professional friendly and helpful getting the contract set up and when the truck showed up exactly on time they went right to work! I’m terrible with names but the driver introduced himself and was so nice but wasted no time and the guys just made it happen! They made sure all items were wrapped and secured for move. They just made it the best experience!

I already left a review regarding the semi unprofessional email exchanges with Aaron and excellent onsite moving team in Winston, but I forgot to mention the unload crew in Pennsylvania! I was not able to be in PA for the unload and even though I tried to update my phone number to my Irish number and change the delivery contact (I left voicemails and sent emails and used the contact form), this was not communicated on moving day. Thankfully, the crew just knocked on the door and I'm so thankful. They were lovely and professional and made what could have been a frustrating and confusing process so easy for everyone. I forgot their names, but they unloaded on May 27 in Kingston, PA around 12pm. I wanted to say they were really great and very much appreciated! Honestly, they deserve a raise.

I almost booked with another company, particularly after some email exchanges from Aaron in the office. When I was clarifying the price of the estimate some his replies seemed unnecessarily short and a bit unprofessional (i.e. "We wish you the best of luck." and "We had a sofa hide a bed listed. Is it now a normal sofa?") without even saying "hello" or acknowledging that there may have been a miscommunication with the estimate. This was wildly different from the exchanges I was having with other companies at the time who were thoughtful, generous with their cost explanations, and helpful. I ultimately chose Two Men since the estimates were comparable and I've used your company before, but wanted to flag that communication could have been improved and may be a reason new customers go with another company in the area. The onsite moving team in Winston was excellent, however. They were communicative when running late, kind and attentive, and did a great job loading everything quickly and carefully.

The team who moved me were organized, smart, hard-working, efficient, and polite.
They were helpful to me in every way possible and got the move accomplished in a timely manner. They worked together well and planned out how they would approach getting things done . They could not have done a better job than this. They were professional in their answers to my questions and approach to the job
