Loved my team, led by Hunter!
Noah
Great service, the price was fair with the convenience of not having to lift a thing. The movers were super fast and very friendly. Office people were great at answering calls and updating what all I needed to move and kept me well informed. 10/10

I called 3 times to the office staff to set up the moving dates. On the 1st call I paid for both appointments. On the 3rd call, they had not even scheduled the 2nd app. and I had to take the next day which meant taking an extra day off of work. On the day of the move the office sent the truck to the wrong address (actually the place we are moving to on the 2nd appointment. office is disorganized
Response
Hello Rhonda, thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your patience with the office staff as it has been short staffed during the busiest time of the year. We will take your feedback and use this as a coaching opportunity to ensure your next experience with the company does not turn out like this last time.

The movers worked very hard on my move. They were very friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that they scratched my wood floors with the piece of furniture they were moving. Other than that they were great!
Response
