My moving team was fantastic - efficient and friendly! They helped me to figure out how I could fit our sectional couch into our new living room. Office team and in-home rep were great. Moving teams were o.k. (a little rough on the furniture. Packing of delicate items was bad-many broken items. We moved our stuff into their storage facility, and then moved out of their facility into our new house. Their inventory of items sucked. They attempted to deliver to us items that didn't belong to us, and we never have found some of our stuff.

You did not need a truck to do my job(I notified your office of the change)and also no travel was involved.
The two workers who came were very efficient and polite.
I gave them a tip.

My 89 year old mother was moving from her home to an assisted living facility. At the time, she was in the hospital for a fall injury and I needed to get her moved quickly because I wanted her to move directly from the hospital to her new home. I called the office 3 days ahead and they were able to accommodate me. The team that did the move were very professional but pleasant and helpful.
