The office calling me back at a reasonable pace, texting reminders, and being responsive to my requests and flexible for my needs was extremely well appreciated. The moving team was fast, friendly, and professional, and made a daunting physical task look easy! Overall a SUMMERTIME FIVE out of FIVE (and all other times of year as well)!

Quinten, Taylor and Kai made our move a breeze. This is my 7th move in 15 years and hands-down the smoothest. From quote to day-of walkthru and paperwork, to wrapping up only hours later - I couldn't have imagined such a low-stress experience. So grateful! Moving is tough. You made it as easy as possible. No bait n switch, no games, lots of hard work by professional and friendly movers.

Movers did not take enough care with our furniture. They did not protect the bottom and feet with pads when using lifting straps. They lost one of our shelves and some of the support pegs for the shelves. They did not have enough wrapping for the furniture and had to go to the office to get more.
