From the1st point of contact, the customer service was outstanding. The moving crew was personable, knowledgeable, organized, and super fast. Highly recommend!

The driver of truck that was supposed to pick up at 2:30 called me and said they were running behind. Another driver called and said they would be there as quick as they could and got to my house at 2:45. They were fast but careful and got me moved in an hour sooner than was estimated, saving me almost $200. Tom and Hadley were great!

Apparently, there was confusion and a small van that came before they realized a truck needed. Confusion about the pay, which was prepaid already. I was told a truck would come and would be refunded for the amount of incomplete load, then afterwords told I was quoted a "dumpster"! So, I don't know how I was charged or if you owe me a refund?

The first instance, they quoted me a time frame for pick up but came early and I was unable to meet so I arranged people to meet until I arrived. Multiple items had damages such as my tv stand and couch. Forgot items in the previous address like another tv stand and water cooler which were never delivered. Spoke with a “manager” about the situation and only ask for payment.

Your moving team were hard workers and tried to do things to our satisfaction. They made a couple of mistakes but overall did an excellent job. I would certainly use the again.

Another epic team did the move for us. They worked tirelessly to take apart a peloton tread which weighed 1000 pounds. They put back together at new location. Professional and courteous!
