Movers were awesome, respectful and thoughtful. 1 of the feet on our bed was messed up (not by the movers) they let us know, then ended up fixing it. There are 2 things I would like to have been different. I prefer to communicate via text rather than phone calls; and our start time was 8am, which is when they left to come meet us, so they got to us at 830. I didn’t realize it worked that way.

The guys were very hard workers. Kind and personalized. My problem is each item they moved regardless of value was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped. That is very time consuming , many of the items had little value but were wrapped as if they were of great value. Hours of wasted time wrapping things that didn't need it made this job so expensive it exceeded the value of the items.
