Movers were awesome, respectful and thoughtful. 1 of the feet on our bed was messed up (not by the movers) they let us know, then ended up fixing it. There are 2 things I would like to have been different. I prefer to communicate via text rather than phone calls; and our start time was 8am, which is when they left to come meet us, so they got to us at 830. I didn’t realize it worked that way.
Response
We apologize for this Jesse! We will work with our team to better communicate the booking process in the future. If there are any more details you would like to share, please feel free to call us at the office and we will be sure to put your feedback to good use.

The moving team was excellent. They were very professional and done a wonderful job. I always use Two Men and a Truck for our office moves.
Response
Thanks Sheila! We are honored to be your mover of choice!
Marvin
The guys were very hard workers. Kind and personalized. My problem is each item they moved regardless of value was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped. That is very time consuming , many of the items had little value but were wrapped as if they were of great value. Hours of wasted time wrapping things that didn't need it made this job so expensive it exceeded the value of the items.
Response
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear that our team was kind and hardworking during your move. At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, we take the safety and protection of our customers’ belongings very seriously, which is why our movers take extra precautions by carefully wrapping and securing items. While this may add time to the process, it helps ensure your belongings—no matter the value—arrive at your new home safely and without damage.
That said, we understand your concern about balancing protection with efficiency, and we truly appreciate your perspective. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our team so we can continue improving the moving experience.
