The moving team was excellent. My complaint is that I was scheduled for 1:30-2:30 pm. At 2:47, I was told the team would be there in 15 minutes. For the rest of the afternoon until the team showed up at about 6:30 PM, I was always told the team would be there in 15 minutes. Scheduling was terrible & obviously no one knew when the team would come.

The guys that packed up the house were so nice and very efficient. They immediately expressed their condolences then they got to work. It took them less than 2 hours to pack up the necessary items and they were gone. Thanks to them for being so efficient and making this painful process a little easier for me.

Considering the 2 guys have been with the company less than 6 months, they did an excellent job! This was a very hard move for me and they knew that. They expressed their condolences immediately and then they got to work. Very polite and respectful, my mom even commented on how nice they were after they left.
