Had my furniture broken and nailed back together by the mover. Watch the movers pass our exit and show up 20 minutes later. Card reader was not working and we had to pay $400 more then what the movers were charging us when our card was ran through the office. My entire family uses 2 men and a truck. That has now ended due to this experience.

The packing was poorly executed. I had sugar and oil spill in the same box because they were not wrapped up. Placing items in boxes then putting paper on top and the sides is not packing to me. I have moved with the military and that is not good packing. However, moving the items out and into the new place was good. I appreciated that they reassembled the bed and office desk.

Skyler & Uzay (I am sorry for spelling his name wrong) were friendly, professional and efficient. I did state I was in a budget and needed to keep the move under 5 hours and it went over 45 minutes because of the extra time Skyler was training/instructing and stopping to fold blankets and roll up straps before the truck was empty. The truck should be emptied first, then tidied up.

The drivers arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time. They were always courteous and there was no damage whatsoever. Disassembling and reassembling were flawless. When I called to enquire about service they came the next day. 100% satisfied.
