Everything was great from start to finish! I got multiple calls from the office team before, during, and after to check on the progress of the move. All staff on phone and in person were polite and helpful. Truly happy with the experience. Only one comment for training is that I didn’t like that they laid one of the mattresses horizontally, uncovered, and piled heavy things on top both on the truck and when storing in our garage. Even had footprints on it from climbing on it to pile stuff behind it. Everything else was extremely well done!

Our experience was, once again, perfect. The office staff made the scheduling easy. The cost estimate was right on the money. The crew was on-time, polite, and hard-working. I recommend 2 Men & a Truck all of the time, even for services (packing, junk removal) we have not used.
