The movers were very polite. They however didn’t bring enough vehicles for the job. The intake person missed a lot of items to be included in the move. I had to put a lot of items in my neighbors yard because they didn’t have room for it. They arrived at my home a hour late. They came at 10:00 am. Which cut my time getting out a hour earlier. They banged up the wall and door frame.

The move went smoothly from booking until the truck pulled away from the house. The office communicated clearly the estimated cost, and confirmed the booking. The two movers that were sent were polite, efficient, and careful. My move happened faster than expected and, as a result, cost me less! They even took a large tree branch taken down by the truck so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Great job

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. THE TEAM OF 3 MEN WHO DID THE MOVING WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THE ARRIVAL TIME, AND WERE THERE WHEN STATED. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE THEM AGAIN.

The movers were fine as far as staying on task and being mindful of time. They seemed extremely inexperienced as one of them didn't know how to use a tie down strap and towards the end of loading the truck they kept having to take things they had already loaded off of the truck and try again. Our truck was not full when they were done so there was plenty of extra space to work with.

The two men who picked up my belongings were great and easy to work with. They showed up on time. When they loaded my small number of items into the truck, I saw them secure the items into a place against one end so the items wouldn't shift around. My belongings looked safe to me. They haven't yet been dropped off at the drop-off point, but my experience has been good so far.
