One of your guys completely destroyed a desk!
That desk cost me $151
But, because of your $0.60/pound clause, I imagine I will only get around $45 back!
Not good enough!
Since I now have to buy a replacement, I will require a full reimbursement of $151
They even had the nerve to suggest I could tip them!

Hi John, we’re so sorry to hear about the damage during your move. All licensed moving companies in Texas provide a standard liability coverage of 60 cents per pound, per article, and we also offer optional valuation coverage for additional protection. We’ll make sure your claim is reviewed and handled according to the coverage you selected, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of this for you.

We needed a quick turnaround on moving some furniture from one room to another. I called and the office team was so accommodating and arranged for it to happen the next day. The moving team was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Since the minimum hire is for two hours' work, they offered to help move anything else we might need (we didn't). It was a very positive experience! Thank you!
Response
Thank you, Kate!

The team was great. This was my 4th move with them and appreciate the efficiency! It was unfortunate that everything didn’t fit. I may not have allocated the correct amount of boxes. Thank you
