They were great. Took great care of my grandmother heirloom 116 year old piano and my very expensive 15- needle embroidery machine. Friendly, prompt, and caring movers. Great customer service when setting it up.

Overall really satisfied with the experience as a whole. Booking online was easier than picking up the phone, the follow up call to get the best deal on time vs movers went well, and the movers were super quick and professional. I'm bad with recalling names, however the team I worked with did great. I'll definitely be a returning customer if I need to move again in the future.

Multiple items were damaged during the move including a new 85 inch tv. Have left messages with the person that handles the claims for that. Communication has been slow. Now I'm in my new home with no TV and no timeline on a resolution. Not a happy customer at this time.

Both gentlemen did a great job.
Large heavy items, no problem. Tight space, no problem. Stairs, no worries. Everything was moved smoothly with care.
One piece was too large to enter the new space, they tried all they could and accommodated when it would not work. Thank you again for helping in the next chapter of my life.
