The office team helped me pick a truck over a video call by walking through my apartment and I finished with the movers 30 minutes early. They were great, personable, and I’d definitely use them again.
Response

We’re glad our office team was able to make the planning process simple with a video call, and it’s great to hear your movers were personable and efficient—finishing ahead of schedule is always a bonus. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you again when the time comes.

Alex and Nathan were great! They unloaded my moving truck into a 2 bedroom apartment in under an hour. Super professional. Would definitely use again. Thanks a lot!!

Moving team was first-rate all around. Polite, clean, neatly dressed, efficient and helpful…..even at the end of a long day! Hats off to both men.

Skyler and Jordan were amazing! They were timely, efficient, communicated well, and were very cautious and careful with my possessions. Great job guys!
Response
Hi Greg, thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad Skyler and Jordan made your move smooth and took great care of your belongings.
Patrick
Efficient movers, but poor communication, lost quotes, and surprise charges meant we donated furniture, rented our own truck, and still paid nearly the original price. We should have gone with another company.
Response
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. While we are pleased to hear that the moving team performed their duties efficiently, we sincerely regret the concerns you experienced with communication, quote accuracy, and unexpected charges. It is never our intention for a customer to feel dissatisfied or to encounter additional burdens during their move.
Lynn
The office staff was lacking, in my opinion. Twice I called and spoke with a woman, who told me she’d had our sales guy call me and twice that never happened. The moving guys: Dylan and Jalin were awesome guys who did a wonderful job for us.
Response
Lynn, we apologize for the inconvenience. If there is anything more we can do to help, call us at 616.392.4448.

The most amazing service from a moving company I've ever had. Everyone and I mean everyone, was so positive and friendly it was like being moved by a group of my best friends. Made everything go so much smoother the day I actually moved. I can honestly say that from now on I will only be using Two Men and a Truck for my moving needs. Thanks again!
