Scheduling was simply/fast. And, the moving team was very hard-working and organized. They wanted to be sure we were happy with everything (where items were placed, etc), plus the team was friendly and very polite. It was a very good experience.

Not all items I sent pictures for was on the list to move. Truck filled up and some stuff didn’t fit. No care was given to furniture. They were rough and in a hurry. Door frames scuffed. Tv scratched. Desks broke.

This team did not want to be there. Threatened me that they would not take everything that was not on our original list. Dropped a very large bookcase flat to the floor. Damaged steps because they had to take legs off a bedframe while on the stairs because they were lazy and throught they could fit it. Same with kitchen table. DO NOT ASSIGN THEM TO IS AGAIN.

I was given an estimate of $2500 to move my stuff, but when the truck arrived I was told it wasn’t an accurate estimate! After paying twice the written estimate, the Supervisor said the quote should have been $5500. Well, after paying the 2nd estimate, I still have stuff that I have to move myself! Not a very happy camper!!

They moved everything with care and made recommendations on how things should be wrapped prior to movement. They were both fast and efficient. Could not have had a better moving experience and after moving 18 times while in the military I know what right looks like.
