Two Men and a Truck is an outstanding moving company. Very fair, dependable, knowledgeable and capable. I use them often and always have a positive experience. If there ever is a problem, it is addressed and corrected immediately. The movers are always very polite and respectful. Susan

I received a phone call when they were on their way, very much appreciated! They were VERY cooperative, even though the nursing home had told me that they could not move things to the loading dock for easier pickup. After the Men had already backed up to the front door and put out the loading ramp, we they got the word that things could be picked up at the dock!

The moving team was very professional and personable. They even helped carry groceries in for my elderly mother. They took great care in moving our furniture.
Response
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted to hear the team went above and beyond, not only with your move but also by lending a helping hand to your mother. We truly appreciate your trust in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and will make sure the crew knows their efforts made a difference.

Due to the volume of items, we had to do a 2-day move. The office staff had "booked" a lift gate truck for a few heavy items and this was not the truck dispatched on day 1 hence the 2-day move. While the office staff was polite and apologetic, I am uncertain how this happened. However, I cannot say enough about the moving crew. I believe the team leader was Lucas and he was exceptional. Bravo
Response
Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. While the truck mix-up was unfortunate, it’s great to hear that Lucas and his crew truly shined throughout the move. Their professionalism and effort will absolutely be recognized.
