The guys worked hard. My only complaint is they didn’t follow the maps I had made to show where everything should be placed, but left them in the truck. The garage shelves where the boxes should’ve gone were blocked by my room dividers, and the boxes were just piled willy-nilly in the garage. Two cabinets should’ve been placed on top of drawer units, & by the time I noticed, boxes blocked access.

The maps you created should have been used, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to find items placed in a way that made access difficult. Your three gentlemen, Will, G and the last name,I can’t recall, were excellent. They were very courteous, professional and mindful of everything they moved for me. They dealt with a lot of dog hair, most of my furniture is too heavy to move by myself to clean under it. They got it done though and in a very timely matter. These guys were even better than the last guys. Thanks again!!

We have used Two Mend and a Truck 3x in the last 12 months. First two experiences were great - it's very easy to move into and out of an apartment. The latest one moving from our home in Novi to our new home in Macomb could have gone much smoother and even been completed with proper planning and communication. Movers were 5 Star Amazing - Josh, Jamie, Antonio, Daniel.
