The movers dropped my brand new three seater couch that’s part of a $5k couch set on the ground twice. Not once, but twice. I’m pretty sure it’s structurally damages aside from obviously being cosmetically damaged on the exterior. Now I have to go through a process to see if you guys may replace my brand new couch that’s damaged that had never been sat on. Yet I paid the full amount for the move..
