The morning of our move one of the two elevators in the building stopped working. However, the team remained upbeat and powered through. The move took much longer with only one (busy, temperamental) elevator from the fifth floor, but they got it done as efficiently as possible and we really appreciated their drive and hard work. Bowyn, Jaxson and Evan were competent, friendly and professional.

Really lovely experience with this team! From being on the phone with Kai who was very kind and personable, to our moving team themselves being very amiable, they really helped make what was a not-fun experience (moving our stuff from a garage to storage due to our apartment's rules, and needing to do it very quickly) into a really smooth and easy process.
