The team that moved us worked very, very hard and quickly to get all of the furniture moved however, a very expensive leather chair was ripped in the process. My extreme disappointment came in dealing with the claims people on this chair. This chair was almost $2000 brand new 18 months ago and I was offered $100 which doesn’t even come close to what it will cost me to replace this chair.

I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times before. My previous experience was much different than this recent experience. The crew were very unsocial. They damaged the door jam and surrounding area when moving the sofa into the room. I called the office to report the damage and did not hear back from them. I’m very disappointed in this experience.
