I’ve never hired movers before, but heard less than satisfactory stories from friends and family who used other companies. This was definitely NOT my experience with the Detroit area Two Men and a Truck . They were wonderful! I have absolutely no complaints from the quote, scheduling, confirmation call, arrival time, loading, transfer, unloading, and competency of the movers. Went smoothly!

Terrible experience. I specifically discussed our heavy safe in advance and was assured the crew could handle it. Two inexperienced movers arrived, struggled to move it, the operations manager gaslit me pretending I never mentioned the safe, packed the truck so poorly that half the space was wasted, left items behind upstairs. I had to pay another company thousands unload and reload my truck.

Moving is emotionally and physically exhausting, but these three guys made it much less stressful. They were professional, careful with our belongings, and respectful of our home. I especially appreciated their positive attitude and strong work ethic. We will definitely all Two Men and a Truck in our next move.
