I forgot the two gentlemen's names but they were awesome. Work very hard and got the job done even when I warned them of some bees hanging around in the basement and outside the back door.
I would encourage them to use their legs when bending down to pick up heavy items to spare their lower backs. Squat and lift with powerful leg muscles.

Movers were very slow and not motivated.
3 hours to load, I had to help to speed the process up. 45 mins to unload. Wow.
Nengi in Customer service is horrible. Accused me of not booking elevators, they were. Making all kinds of excuses for poor service. Move should have been done in 3 hours total as there was not a lot to move.
I will never recommend your company based on Customer service alone

Established move date then had to change.Christine communicated consistently. When time for move was finally decided, y’all were able to respond quickly and efficiently. Christine was great coordinating and helping us be ready through all of the changes. Our movers were Mark, Issac and Chris outbound and Mark, Chris, and Jamal (we think). All were excellent!!! We had a successful move due y’all
