Used your company to move the contents of my home into a storage unit. Gave very specific directions on where things should be stored in the unit, furniture in the back, storage tubs in the front so I could access them. I have many boxes of vinyl records that I specially said needed to be stacked only 4 boxes high, they stacked them 8. The unit looks like an absolute disaster.

The movers were exceptional and careful. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work! I recommend that those booking the moves pay more attention to the details given by the customer. I had to call a few times to get the details noted on the estimate to reflect what I requested.

Everything was great. I did notice that one of the gentlemen helping was on his phone taking care of personal business matters. Which made communication with him on where I wanted things and speed hard on rest of team when we were putting things in the new place. The manager and the other gentleman were very tentative though. So it seemed to be okay. I’d recommend a phone policy to prevent this.
