The movers were excellent, thank you. I’ve used your service before and am again satisfied. I do not agree with your start charges based on the from departure from previous customer on route to the next (me). Your office gave the driver the wrong address making their arrival 45 minutes past the time of their “on the way” call. I should not have been penalized with extra time charges.

I already posted a Google review, but just to confirm that I was very satisfied with your process at both ends of the move. The crate option is what really directed me to choose you in the first place for a long-distance move, and after a bad experience with one of your competitors, I am happy that you confirmed my previous positive experience using you for a local move. The scheduler who took my details was clear, precise, but also flexible enough to offer me different options. The loading movers were not only efficient and punctual, they were also helpful in having me add items up to the size and weight of the crate. And the unloaders were amazing with the speed with which they carried everything up to the third floor with no elevator.

I am reviewing the unloading team and local office. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional and respectful,as well as transparent. I am somewhat less happy with the loading team but it was still a pretty decent service.

This move should never have proceeded under the conditions that presented themselves. Your movers smelled like marijuana, damaged both homes and damaged almost every piece of furniture that was moved. Despite notifying your manager of the very first incident of damage and the questionable capacity of your movers, the move continued, more items, walls and doors were damaged.

The guys were great! They were efficient, respectful and pleasant. A very fun group to work with!

You all made our move simple and successful. Your team was easy to work with and addressed any questions we had during the move. We will use your services again. I high recommend Two Men and a Truck. This was our second time to use the Augusta location and they were perfect!

My moving team was amazing. Great communication before, during, and after pick-up/delivery. They kept me very clear on the total cost. They were very strategic about the best way to pack; they packed my items with care and securely. They respected my floors, door frames, light fixtures - nothing was disturbed as they carried things through the house. They were kind and courteous the whole time!

Jacob and Trent were courteous and very professional, a great team! Will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again, and will also recommend to others.
