Two of my items got broken and one was a lamp from my great grandmother that it irreplaceable because they set up a box on top of it. I want some of that money back because I did have insurance on the move. But the guys moved really really slow and played around a lot. I had a better experience last time I used two men and a truck but this one was unacceptable.

I requested to be quoted with packing and moving us, I added supplies that I thought was needed. The day before I was told packing wasn’t in the quote even though I clicked the box for online quote request. Last minute I spoke with someone and they said they would add supplies. When the 2 guys arrived they were not aware of packing for me. So I felt obligated to pack and help. The guys were great

Both the packers on one day and the movers on the move day were courteous and very nice to deal with… helped me problem solve and they were careful with my things!! Would use them again in a heartbeat

I feel like my moving team really went above and beyond. For starters they knew my name. Additonally they understood my expectations and did exactly as asked. The team moved quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and light hearted on a day that I was experiencing a large amount of stress which was really appreciated. It was like enlisting the help of friends.
