We used your services when we lived in Springfield, Mo. This has been over a few years ago. We lived in the Abbey apartments which used your services a lot! Your men that loaded our product on your truck did a fantastic job. They were very polite and cared for our furniture condition as they loaded and unloaded the truck. We would use your company again! It took more than 1 and half hours for the movers to arrive at my house and I was told the time spent on roads are also counted for charge. That's insane. I called the manager before signing the document, he agreed to only charge the time it took to come to my house. Even so, I paid mainly for the time spent on road, so bad.

Office staff got me in w/little notice when another company failed to come through as promised. I am SO thankful! The people doing the moving were good. My complaint is they laid the couch on its side in the grass. Seemed a little reckless. Compliment is that my son has a desk that is a family heirloom that’s pine & he was very worried. They went above and beyond to wrap it and it arrived safely!

Van and Patrick were efficient, polite, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman that joined Patrick on the second day (I'm sorry, I do not remember his name) was all of those as well. I have used Two Men on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Thank you for making my move easier.

You weren’t totally transparent on the cost. Was told there may be a disposal fee but not a price range ie $350 - $550. Your location manager agreed that your team miscommunicated. Dan was not willing to make it right. Refused to give me name and contact info for your headquarters. Not customer friendly.

The moving team for Two Men And A Truck were great. They called ahead as promised, they arrived on time, and did everything with Care and caution. They also moved everything quickly and offered to help with other items that were not connected directly to their move. I would definitely use Two Men And A Truck again For another move.
