The crew arrived on time and immediately went through the checklist to make sure they were taking all of the appropriate furniture from my place. They were quick, and careful, and didn't seem rushed to finish the job. Upon arrival they both quickly (and again, carefully), unloaded and set my furniture where I wanted, and actually got the job done earlier than expected. Excellent work all around.

I was unhappy that everything didn’t get moved. The two men were very pleasant but time was a factor. It will require me to also rent a U Haul to complete the move. I think communication with the staff wasn’t as good as it could have been. No pictures, lamps or clothing were moved and much miscellaneous things remained. It would have been too expensive to do a second move!
