4man crew for a 2 man load.
2 man crew for a 3 man unload. ???
Inefficiency = profit, I get it
However, the movers left garage items in my apt., stacked heavy boxes on light ones, and I have hardware missing for my bed. They worked without consideration for my unpacking effort when they realized the limited scope of work. Just very suss, as expected from a moving company.

Mark & Jim were timely, very friendly, efficient and very accommodating with my mother when moving her into assisted living. Moving is a stressful time, and they made it so much easier. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone I know in the area. Standard, in the office, took many of my calls and questions. She assured me my mother's adjustable bed would be set up correctly and she was right!

The movers were efficient, courteous, and very professional. They had what I considered a somewhat difficult job of moving me into the middle of the Loop on a work day in an alley which had a lot of delivery trucks going by. They worked efficiently and without complaint. I could not have asked for a better team!
