Office staff was friendly and throughly explained my estimate. Moving day was a seamless experience, helpful when doing an out of state move with my daughter on one end of the move and I am at the other. The moving crew was fantastic; however, when you're scheduling with the office staff you're not given the breakdown of fees. The bottom line is you'll spend a certain minimum regardless of how few hours it takes. Deceptive.
