Nicole professional & knowledgeable. Keith onsite view of inventory was positive experience. Terrill , the led professional as expected. Moses huge issues, caused damage to stairs heavy hand truck. He & helper swore, complained, did not handle property properly. Inventory was not check before leaving Columbia, wanted confirmation in GSO. Hid broken item, Moses violent behavior, Call Requested.

Overall the team was great and got us moved into our home well. A driveway check was done before the move but the results weren’t communicated with the team who showed up to move me. Wardrobe boxes were supposed to come but got left off the inventory list somehow. The moving team worked hard to put some furniture back together but some of it had to be redone after the team left.
