I wasn't all that particular about where the boxes landed in the new place, but they kept asking me anyway and it was very helpful that the heavy things ended up in the right area. They did a good job, and efficiently moved everything in the truck and back out again. And, they were both very nice easy going people. It's hard to move and they were very good at it.

I had a terrible experience. The movers wasted about 20 minutes explaining services and signing forms on the iPad before starting any work. I paid $500 for 2.15 hours but was charged for 3. It felt like they were dragging time just to increase the bill. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and not worth the money.
