From the office staff to the 2 men that actually did the move, information was shared quickly, respectfully and thoroughly. The 2 man crew did have to do some on the job troubleshooting, and did it remarkably well. The only negative was the “paperwork” that was done at the end. The software on your tablets is slow almost to the point of taking as much time as the move itself!

It took 15 minutes to back the truck in. Things Seemed fine, had a good conversation with them and then I had to sign on the clock .
It took 4 hours to move across a parking lot.. I was charged $780. I could not believe it! Im furious. I had to pay before they gave me my last item. Unprofessional. I appreciate hard work. This was awful presale, no transparency. Ugh!! Bad service

Jacqueline, per the state of Colorado we cannot have you sign the paperwork until day of move. We understand your frustration about that. As was made clear to you on the phone the cost of your move is entirely time based. We appreciate that you appreciated the hard work of the guys and wish you the best in your new home.

Justin, Ivan, and TJ were great. We had a difficult move that involved an extra van to shuttle stuff down a long driveway, and they were very quick and professional. This is our third move with Two Men and a Truck, and they’ve all been great. We will use them again the next time we move.

Moving Team of Seth, Quan, Brady and Stephen Budu were fun to work with. They didn’t just pick stuff up and drop it off. They always asked exactly where to put things. Treated everything with care.
