I wish I knew the names of the two men who picked up and delivered our piano because they were timely, careful, very professional, and very conscientious in handling the piano. I especially appreciated their efforts since the piano has sentimental value.

Nico, Latavius and Orin are the best of the best. They reminded me of 3 little army ants rushing around and hauling stuff 3 or 4 times their body wait. What great personalities and teamwork! What I thought would be an all day plus event was knocked out quick. Items were wrapped for protection and loaded in the truck in approximately 50 minutes. Unloading was quick and done in about 40. I recommend

The woman I scheduled with didn't write down correct Inventory or make notes about what I wasn't sure of. I said I was just guessing; it would be better for someone to come look or to over estimate. Movers were nice but got couldn't take half of my items. They scratched wood floors; broke the frame to my expensive couch. Awful communication from the start caused problems and cost me me money.

Your moving team was beyond excellent. They did everything we asked, in the way we asked it be done, and they even discouraged us (senior citizens) from trying to do anything ourselves, stating they could and would handle it.
