The guys who came out this past Saturday were excellent and pleasurable to work with. They are courteous, patient and understanding. This was a "divorce move" so the situation had some tense moments which they handled with style. They actually helped to diffuse some of the tensions with their lighthearted conversation and redirection. Especially enjoyed chatting with Ty.

Your team was able to provide the move service despite a very tight schedule. You came to the rescue after disappointment from other providers, the same day the call was put through to your office.
Your pricing was reasonable too.
However, only two men were provided instead of three promised. That kinda delayed the job beyond expectation. Also, the movers forgot to bring wrapping for items

Movers were 30 min late. They did not move my belongings with care, knocking things over, scraping walls and floors, and didn't place things where I had requested. Furniture was disassembled then not properly reassembled. Before the goods were even moved, they requested that I tip them in cash for tax purposes. One mover spent the whole move talking on his phone to his friends, cursing up a storm.
