You sent two guys that were exhausted. Marcus was great. The other guy took many breaks. He had difficulty moving the heavy objects. He spent 45 minutes calling in to the office, thus not moving anything. My husband, myself and brother helped Marcus move over 50% of the items. Then because of the other guy you ended up charging me an extra 1/2 hour plus mileage to and from the job.
