Multiple pieces of furniture were significantly damaged during move, due to moving team using hand truck to move items and just absolutely SLAMMING the hand truck down every one of the front steps at pickup location.
Response
We apologize for the damages and assure you we are working to get them all resolved promptly. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our services. We have tried calling and emailing today, so if you could get back with us ASAP that would be greatly appreciated

This was my second move using Two Men And A Truck. The first move was great, but this move was exceptional. From start to finish, everyone involved was courteous and very professional.
When I move again, Two Men And A Truck will be my first choice.

Tyler, Johnny, and Aaron were wonderful. They were efficient and careful. There was one accident with glass globes, however I know Two Men and a Truck will make it right. I would definitely recommend them.
Kim
Everything went near perfect!!! I did notice the stair rail was loose and some dry wall on floor. I totally understand that things happen so knowing about this at time would not have changed the tip I gave. Unfortunate to have happened, still glad for all that was done well. Transparency is best policy! I did offer to remove or have railing removed.
Response
Thanks for the review Kim! If you need any assistance with a repair to the drywall or rail give our office a call. Have a great day!
Joann
