I requested pack and move and I was advised to just order a move. I needed both. Following advice from your team, my largest item was not prepared to move. I had to pay someone else to move it. Most importantly, there was no flexibility to accommodate me for the missteps your team made through the process and then an insincere, “all the best with your move” sign off. Very disappointing experience
