After reviewing your concerns, we want to clarify that the third-party company that delivered your new refrigerator also relocated your old one to the basement and back to the garage. The damage did not occur while the item was in our care, custody, or control. While we weren’t involved in that portion of your move, we always strive to provide professional and efficient service, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
