During our move, one of the men fell and knocked out our stairwell railing, causing severe damage. Multiple spindles in the stairwell is broken. We have called in to ask for a damage claim request. We were charged a double deposit, and I am being given the runaround that a manager has to call me and it’s been 24 hours and closing it today. It is quite the headache.

Two Men and a Truck were communicative and efficient from inquiry to unloading. I received same-day responses on my initial inquiry and follow up, as needed. The two men who assisted us in moving were phenomenal: quick (an understatement), communicative and helpful. Two Men and a Truck were a lifesaver!
